Shipping & Returns


FREE standard delivery on orders over $99. For other orders, we offer flat rate shipping of $9 per order.

We will typically ship your order via Australia Post’s regular parcel service. Allow 4 – 10 days for delivery to metro areas in Australia. For regional areas please allow 5 – 12 days.

Your order will be sent from our warehouse in Perth.

Express (recommended for pre-Christmas delivery)

We offer the option of Express Post shipping for an additional fee, calculated at checkout. Depending on the delivery address, this can take between 1 and 5 days, plus an additional day for despatch processing.

To obtain a delivery time estimate, please visit Australia Post’s Delivery Estimator and use 6058 as the sender postcode.

Please note that delivery times are dependent on Australia Post and aren’t guaranteed.

All pricing on our website is in AUD.  International orders may incur tax and duties by customs in your country, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • New Zealand: $20 per order
  • Rest of world: $45 per order

If you believe a product you have purchased from is faulty and you would like to return it, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to replace the product or provide a refund.

We will contact you within two business days to confirm the details and options. Please keep your receipt for proof of purchase and the faulty product in question.

Please note we cannot accept the return of opened or used products that are not faulty. We do not accept returns or provide refunds or exchanges because you do not like the fragrance, colour or have changed your mind or ordered the wrong product.
